Being a Cashiers architect is unique.  Mostly, we design nice mountain homes.  Any Cashiers architect will also typically create a clubhouse or resort facility, like an exercise building for developers of acreage and resort developments.  As a Cashiers architect, we enjoy what we do and accomplish our work with a smile.  It is a beautiful place here, at the southern tip of the Blue Ridge Mountains.  Temperatures are usually about 10 to 15 degrees F lower than Atlanta, about 2-1/2 to 3 hours (120 to 150 miles) to the southwest.

Cashiers is on a comparatively level plateau of granite, along US Highway 64.  Sapphire and Lake Toxaway is to the east and Highlands to the west and Glenville to the north.  Further north are Cullowhee and Sylva.  West and north of Highlands is Franklin, NC.  What Cashiers architect wouldn’t want to live here?
